For the 4th of July weekend, we did the traditional American get-together - BBQ! We spent the 4th at my aunt Pat's house and the boys played croquet, roasted marshmallows and we set off our own firework show! Thanks to Erin for being our Head Pyro! The boys cuddled under a blanket with cousins Leah and Katie during the show.
The next day we spent the afternoon at my dad's house on Bass Lake. We celebrated Jane Elizabeth's birthday and Papa Dann taught the boys how to fish with their new fishing poles! We didn't catch anything, but the boys are now really good at casting their own lines.
